My name is Louise and I’ve been a Virtual Assistant for over 5 years and never looked back. I became a VA when I was made redundant after having my son. At the time it was pretty scary. I had been a well-paid PA at a company that was doing incredibly well, taken maternity leave, returned for 5 months and then that was it!
I was very fortunate to get my first client pretty quickly after visiting a local networking group and slowly but surely I built my business up. Once I had learnt how to build a website and a thing or two about branding, I launched my second business, A Magical Letter. Every Christmas I'm lucky enough to write personalised letters from Father Christmas.
Let's just say he's my only seasonal client!
My clients have ranged from an ADHD specialist, branding expert, photographer, community liaison officer, psychologist, Cryptocurrency expert, physiotherapist and bus company. So I've certainly not niched!
My favourite clients are the one's you can really get your teeth into and make a real difference. I feel immense joy after I've worked with a client on a GSD* day and I can see how much calmer they are at the end of it and how their overwhelm has reduced.

I’ll be on the other end of a WhatsApp message throughout the 9 weeks for anything you want me to look over or need advice about. But ultimately, this is the ideal opportunity to work one-on-one with an experienced VA who’s seen it all and knows what works and what doesn’t!
